Consultation to young and complex stroke survivors
A comprehensive review of the medical records, including imaging. A one-hour session to describe the clinical findings, treatment opportunities, and prognosis. The consultation can be in-person or remote.
Expert witness
A comprehensive review of medical records, non-medical reports, and relevant medical literature to and apply the essential of evidenced-based medicine to: Draft expert witness reports; Provide expert witness testimony at deposition and trial; Serve as consulting (non-testifying) experts.
Independent Medical Examination
A complete review of the medical records and an objective medical evaluation and examination. The medical examination can be done in: Our office; A mutually convenient location; Virtually (in some instances) via our telemedicine platform.
